Discuss and approve
Submitting the deliverable releases the lane for the next request. Find files and discuss the work in your Synerium workspace. If you request revisions, the task returns to the production queue.

Both options are billed monthly. The reduced rate comes with an initial 12-month commitment, not a single upfront annual payment.

Why choose Ultimate rather than Premium?
The main difference is development, not twice the capacity. Ultimate adds modules, APIs, integrations and fixes to Premium’s design and marketing services. Tasks share the plan’s capacity.
Does a whole application count as one task?
No. A complex project is scoped and split into stages with distinct deliverables. Technical compatibility and access are checked before starting. A plan is not an unlimited-size project delivered in one go.
How many deliverables will I receive each month?
There is no guaranteed monthly number. Volume depends on complexity, the brief, required access and revisions. A lane measures simultaneous capacity, not a deliverable quota. A timeframe is announced for a scoped request; a request needing an estimate must first be assessed.
What does “unlimited” mean with Ultimate?
You can submit requests within your plan’s scope without a request limit. Production is not unlimited simultaneously: 2 tasks can be active at a time.
Is this a full-time team?
Not automatically. Infinity provides access to your plan’s expertise and a defined production capacity. Dedicated support depends on the plan and workload; the included roles are listed on this page.
Which costs remain separate?
Advertising spend and any required third-party plugin or module licences remain at your expense. The subscription pays for the work included in your plan, not media purchases or third-party licences.
How does cancellation work?
The initial commitment is 3 or 12 months. It then continues month to month with no new fixed term, at the subscribed rate. Cancellation can be requested in the workspace from the first day of the final month of the initial term; it takes effect 30 calendar days after the request. A started month remains payable in full, without prorating.
