To maintain quality and respect deadlines, certain services are outside the scope of the Design subscription.
What exactly does the design offer cover?
Everything related to graphic creation: visual identity, web design, digital content, print materials, ad visuals, simple illustrations, e‑commerce elements and UI assets. The full list is available on this page.
Can I request as many visuals as I want?
Yes. You submit requests and they enter your production queue. Revisions are unlimited.
Do you create complete brand guidelines?
Yes. Logo, variations, palette, typefaces, usage rules, visual elements. A complete brand guide can be done with Infinity.
Do you do web design in Figma?
Yes. Full pages, individual sections, mobile/tablet versions, UI redesign or optimization of an existing design.
Do you also create visuals for my ads?
Yes. Meta, Google, YouTube ads, carousels, retargeting visuals, campaign headers and conversion‑oriented visuals.
Do you handle print?
Yes: flyers, business cards, mini‑brochures, product sheets, internal documents, PDF covers. No printing, only creation.
Do you do motion design?
Only light motion: simple GIFs, transitions, micro‑animations for social media, animated titles or CTAs.
Do you perform advanced photo retouching?
No. We only do light retouching (lighting, cropping, simple corrections, basic removals via AI).
Do you create complex illustrations?
No. Only simple illustrations and pictograms. No advanced character design or artistic illustration.
How are priorities managed?
Each request enters your production queue. The more lines you have, the more tasks can progress in parallel.
Can I request a complete redesign of my site in one go?
No. Large projects are split into steps (sections, pages, templates). This is the only reliable way to progress cleanly.
Can I request multiple styles to test?
Yes. Variations, inspirations and creative trials are possible as long as the request remains realistic within a single task.
Do you produce designs for Elementor / Shopify / Webflow?
Yes. We produce designs adapted to your tool. Integration is not part of the design offer (it is covered by development).
Do you deliver Figma source files?
Yes. Everything created belongs to you.
Do you offer moodboards and inspiration boards?
Yes. It is included and useful before a redesign or a new visual identity.
Are there requests you refuse?
Yes. Anything requiring photorealism, advanced motion, complex illustration or out‑of‑scope workload is refused. We always propose a viable alternative.
