Infinity is Synerium’s digital agency subscription: design, development and marketing delivered continuously, according to your plan. Submit unlimited requests in your workspace. The team works through your priorities within the production capacity included in your subscription.

Infinity can complement your in-house team or cover needs you do not want to recruit for. It gives you access to the skills included in your plan, but is not the same as a full-time team: capacity is defined by the number of parallel tasks.

You can submit as many requests as you need, within your plan’s scope. One production line means one active task. Your plan includes 1 to 3 parallel tasks; the others wait in your priority order. Unlimited requests and revisions do not mean unlimited simultaneous capacity.

No minimum term. Cancel before renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid monthly period, without additional notice.

The turnaround depends on the deliverable and the agreed scope. It is announced for a scoped request with the required information and access. Production follows your plan’s available capacity; complex projects are split into stages. Turnaround is measured in business days.

You access your Synerium dashboard where you submit requests, track progress and communicate with your team. Each request is prioritized, planned and delivered on time. A project manager can coordinate everything depending on your plan.

Solo, Duo and Ultimate share the same development, design and marketing catalogue. Custom development, APIs, integrations and technical fixes are available from Solo. A webdesign request and a development request have separate scopes. Complex projects are scoped and split into stages before production.

Solo costs €1,990 excluding VAT per month with no minimum term. It includes one active task shared across design, marketing and development. Duo provides two active tasks for €3,790 and Ultimate three for €5,490 per month excluding VAT. Cancel before renewal to stop at the end of the paid period.

Studio is for creating a website with an agreed launch scope and ongoing support. Infinity is for recurring design, marketing or development needs, with a request queue and the capacity of your chosen plan. Infinity Agences is a separate white-label offer for professionals serving their own clients, governed by a partner agreement. Choose based on your project, included expertise, simultaneous capacity and commitment.
