Infinity is Synerium’s digital agency subscription: design, development and marketing delivered continuously, according to your plan. Submit unlimited requests in your workspace. The team works through your priorities within the production capacity included in your subscription.
Infinity can complement your in-house team or cover needs you do not want to recruit for. It gives you access to the skills included in your plan, but is not the same as a full-time team: capacity is defined by the number of parallel tasks.
You can submit as many requests as you need, within your plan’s scope. One production line means one active task. Your plan includes 1 to 4 parallel tasks; the others wait in your priority order. Unlimited requests and revisions do not mean unlimited simultaneous capacity.
The initial commitment is 3 months, or 12 months at the reduced rate. After that, the subscription renews month to month without a new commitment. Cancellation can be requested in your account from the first day of the last month of the initial term. It takes effect 30 calendar days after the request. Any month started is due in full, without prorating. Plan changes follow the terms of sale.
Each request is estimated upon intake with a clear deadline. Most simple tasks (visuals, modifications, content) are delivered within 24 to 72 hours. More complex projects are broken into stages with regular milestones.
You access your Synerium dashboard where you submit requests, track progress and communicate with your team. Each request is prioritized, planned and delivered on time. A project manager can coordinate everything depending on your plan.
A freelance or an agency can suit a one-off project or a specialist need. Infinity is designed for recurring work: one monthly subscription, the skills included in your plan, and a defined number of active tasks. Compare scope, capacity and commitment, not just the starting price.
