Social campaigns, from ad to enquiry.

Prospects browsing a feed are not necessarily looking for your offer. An ad needs to make the need clear, provide a reason to care and lead to a coherent next step. We prepare and manage Meta or LinkedIn campaigns together with their creative assets and destination page.

A clear scope

What we prepare.
What you validate.

Social Ads are paid advertisements on social networks. Our work connects audience selection, messaging, creative formats, configuration and the analysis of observable actions. We first qualify your offer, media budget and available measurement. Launching on several platforms is not a requirement: scope must fit your resources and production capacity.

  1. A plan based on the objective

Offer, audience, service area, intended action and approved budget. Awareness, enquiries and purchases need different measures; we do not judge them as though they were the same campaign.

  2. Ads that match your offer

Copy, visuals and variants in agreed formats. Arguments come from your business; we do not invent reviews or performance claims to make an ad more persuasive.

  3. Configuration in your accounts

Campaign structure, audience, destinations and agreed settings. Accounts opened in your name belong to you. Access is granted with the permissions needed for the work.

  4. A checked conversion path

We check links and steps between the ad and the action, then the available events. A completed enquiry must be distinguished from a button click.

  5. An actionable campaign review

Spend, clicks and observable outcomes are considered alongside available sales feedback. Recommendations may concern the message, audience, page or pausing a campaign.

Example brief · illustration, not a client case study

Introduce a webinar to a professional audience

In this hypothetical brief, a small business is preparing a webinar for operations managers. It has a registration page and wants to scope an initial LinkedIn campaign.

  • Define the webinar’s purpose, intended audience and media budget.
  • Prepare copy and visual variants consistent with the advertised programme.
  • Check confirmed registrations and distinguish them from page visits.

The owner approves the programme, audience and budget. A test registration checks the journey before launch; no registration total is promised.

From request to delivery

How we move forward.

  1. Review the offer and accounts

We check objectives, access and available assets. Account restrictions or an incomplete page may need attention before a launch can be planned.

  2. Prepare a coherent campaign

Channels, audiences and creative assets follow the need. You approve the claims, destination pages and budget before launch.

  3. Launch after checks

Links and measurement are tested within scope. Delivery remains subject to platform rules, approvals and processing times.

  4. Adjust with your feedback

We compare advertising signals with actual enquiries. Changes are prioritised within your production capacity; creative work is not unlimited or all simultaneous.

What we need from you

  • Your offer, terms, audiences and the areas where you can actually serve customers.
  • Advertising accounts, permissions, brand assets and rights to supplied visuals.
  • A media budget separate from the subscription, a client payment method and an authorised budget approver.
  • A usable destination page or form, measurement access and feedback on enquiry quality.

What needs separate scoping

  • Media spend and software subscriptions are separate; no advertising funds are advanced.
  • No guaranteed cost per lead, revenue, advertising return or platform approval.
  • Daily moderation, private-message handling, influencer work and video shoots are outside this scope; custom development requires qualification.

Should we start with Meta or LinkedIn?

Start with your offer and audience, then consider accounts, available creative assets and budget. A professional audience can justify LinkedIn without automatically making it the best choice. The channel is a hypothesis to assess, not a promise of leads.

Is advertising spend included in Infinity?

No. Campaign creation, management and optimisation sit within the marketing scope of a compatible plan. Money paid to advertising platforms is separate, remains your responsibility and is approved before activation.

Can you take over existing campaigns?

Yes, after checking access, history and possible restrictions. We review structure, ads, destinations and measurement first. Taking over does not automatically require new accounts or stopping every campaign.

Do you manage comments and private messages?

This page covers advertising campaigns. Daily moderation, private-message replies and real-time community management are not included. Your organisation needs someone to handle reactions and enquiries generated by the ads.

What happens if clicks do not generate enquiries?

We examine the fit between audience, ad, offer and page, then measurement reliability. Your feedback on contacts helps assess quality. Adjusting or pausing may be appropriate; increasing the budget is not an automatic answer.

Find the right scope

A useful first step.
Then a clear plan.

Campaign creation and management are included in the marketing scope of Infinity Premium and compatible higher plans. Design, content and campaigns share the production queues included in your plan. Media spend is separate, paid through your account and approved before activation. A page or integration requiring development must be qualified under a plan that includes that discipline.
