Can you work in our existing tool?
We review its features, your access and the intended format. Keeping your current tool may simplify the project. A missing feature, migration or connection to another application must be identified before a sequence can be promised.
How is a newsletter different from an automation?
A newsletter is prepared for a selected audience and send date. An automation starts when a condition is met, such as a subscription. It also needs rules for stopping the sequence and a way to test the complete journey.
Will you send without our approval?
Campaigns follow an agreed approval process. You confirm the content, recipients and timing. Once activated, a sequence applies those approved rules; changing them requires approval appropriate to the change.
Can you guarantee delivery to the main inbox?
No. Delivery depends on the sending domain, contact base, sending history and recipient mail services, among other factors. We check the agreed elements and flag observed problems without promising perfect deliverability.
Which metric should we use to assess a campaign?
It depends on the purpose: reading a resource, submitting an enquiry or completing a purchase. Opens and clicks offer limited signals. Website action tracking must be configured and tested before relating campaigns to observable outcomes.
