Can you improve our existing copy?
Yes. We can reorganise it, clarify the message and add missing information. Keeping a useful page is often preferable to creating another similar one. Changes to your offer or specialist terminology still require your approval.
Do we need to provide a first draft?
No. Product documents, business notes and answers to the brief may be enough. We do need reliable sources and a reviewer: we cannot infer your terms, results or what makes your service different.
How long should the content be?
Long enough to answer the reader’s need in the agreed format. Product descriptions and explanatory articles serve different purposes. Scope is defined in the brief; more words do not guarantee traffic or conversions.
Will you publish the copy on our website?
We can deliver a structured document or work in an existing CMS where access and scope allow. Template changes, integrations or components requiring code are qualified with the development team.
How can we assess whether the content helps?
Each page has a reader question and an intended next action. After publication, impressions, visits to the offer and actual enquiries can inform revisions. A click is not a lead, and a traffic change alone does not establish the effect of the copy.
